SongSpot, 2010, Slovenia, Artstays, video for installation

This short video element for Lynn Book’s “SongSpot” exhibition installation for ArtStays, an international festival in Ptuj, Slovenia was created by filmmaker and artist Robin Starbuck.  It was created out of a collaboration with Book that featured video with Book’s live performance at Symphony Space in New York City called “FROTH or Future Archeologies of Love and Power” (2010).  This short, adapted video for “SongSpot” was played in a loop during the final exhibition installation.  It featured sound by another Book collaborator, Katharina Klement.
