The Cleveland Performance Art Festival in Cleveland, Ohio was an international festival, one of the first of its kind to showcase Performance Art, was the brainchild of Tom Mulready. The Festival ran yearly from 1988 to 1999 and in 1996, Lynn Book received an invitation to be a featured artist that year which was sited in a Victorian era arcade in downtown Cleveland.
