These are examples of technical and sound design notes for the premier production of "Gorgeous Fever" at Randolph Street Gallery in Chicago, 1994. “Gorgeous Fever” was an original multimedia performance project created and performed by Lynn Book that investigated women’s bodies as sites of madness, magic, and power. Randolph Street Gallery was a renowned alternative exhibition and performance space in Chicago (open from 1979 to 1998). Book showed several original projects and was involved in other projects during that time. The Randolph Street Gallery Archive can be accessed through the John M. Flaxman Library Digital Collections at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where Book taught from 1985-95).
